Stamping and Deep Drawing
Our production area features 20 presses and stamping machines of various designs and with diverse application possibilities, including high-performance transfer and servo presses.

With our in-die technologies, we take a decisive step: work steps such as thread cutting or the insertion of bolts are integrated directly into the stamping process, fully automatically and with high precision.
Precision Welding – Directly In-House
Whether individual components or complex assemblies: we weld components reliably, efficiently, and with high quality. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology and years of experience, we offer everything from a single source.
Downstream Processes: Full Service to the Finished Component
Even if not every processing step takes place in-house, you can obtain fully processed components from us: ready for immediate use and of the highest quality.

Our quality assurance is consistently digital, transparent, and practical. To ensure this, we work with all common QM tools – from sampling according to VDA/AIAG to FMEA and QM plans, depending on customer requirements.
Logistics That Thinks Ahead
In a connected logistics center covering 3,500 m², structured processes ensure a smooth flow of materials – from incoming goods inspection to delivery.
Labeling according to VDA / AIAG and DMC printing directly on the packaging ensure seamless traceability. Thanks to our own delivery capabilities, we remain flexible and can react reliably even to short-term requirements or tight time windows.

Design – from concept to finished drawing
In design, we use the MECADAT-VISI system. It supports all processes in tool manufacturing and is used for cutting, stamping, and progressive die tools, among others.
For data exchange, we use the common formats VDA, IGES, STEP, and DWG. Customer data can be exchanged directly with Manz via secure lines according to the standards of the German Association of the Automotive Industry.
This ensures transparency throughout the project and guarantees high process reliability in digital data transfer. Our systems are optimally designed for this, regardless of data volume.

With our in-die technologies, we take a decisive step: work steps such as thread cutting or the insertion of bolts are integrated directly into the stamping process – fully automatically and with high precision.
Thanks to the system solutions used from autoriv and pronic, fasteners such as threads, sleeves, or bolts can be processed directly in the tool.

Precision Welding – Directly In-House

- Semi-automated welding systems for rotationally symmetrical components
- Welding robots for precise and repeatable series production
- Resistance welding for solid connections with high process reliability

Quality You Can Rely On
Our quality assurance is consistently digital, transparent, and practical. To ensure this, we work with all common QM tools – from sampling according to VDA/AIAG to FMEA and QM plans through to the 8D report, depending on customer requirements.
We use state-of-the-art measurement technology for precise results:
- Two NC-controlled 3D coordinate measuring machines
- Optical 3D scanner (GOM)
- 2D measuring projectors (KEYENCE)
- Contour measuring device
This ensures that all components are reliably inspected and that the required quality standards are met at all times.

Even if not every processing step takes place in-house, you can obtain fully processed components from us: ready for immediate use and of the highest quality. To achieve this, we rely on a proven network of external partners who have supported us reliably for many years.
Whether finishing, surface or heat treatment, laser cutting, welding, mechanical post-processing, or sorting work – we coordinate all downstream processes directly on site. This gives you everything from a single source, efficiently organized and implemented on schedule.
