Reports of Misconduct

Wilhelm Manz GmbH & Co. KG places great importance on protecting itself, its employees, and its business partners from legal consequences, economic damage, and negative impacts on reputation caused by misconduct. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws, internal regulations, and the compliance guidelines of our customers and business partners.

Should you nevertheless identify violations or misconduct by us, i.e., by employees or management of Wilhelm Manz GmbH & Co. KG, you have the option to submit reports to us (anonymously).

To enable a thorough examination of each case, we request information that is as specific as possible regarding the observed misconduct. This includes, for example, violations of codes of conduct, antitrust law, corruption, theft, discrimination, or bullying. When describing your report, please consider the following five W-questions:

Who is affected?
What exactly happened?
When did the incident occur?
How often was the violation committed?
Where did the incident take place?

Confidentiality and Protection of Whistleblowers

We take all reports very seriously and treat the data of whistleblowers strictly confidentially. Reports can be submitted not only by employees of Wilhelm Manz GmbH & Co. KG, but also by customers, business partners, and other third parties.
