Last week, apprenticeships and internships were the main focus at MANZ. Various events provided the opportunity to engage with students and offer insights into career prospects within our company.
As part of the “Wege nach Primus” event at the Primusschule Schalksmühle, we spoke with young people about internship opportunities, vocational training programs, and entering the professional world. The focus was primarily on personal exchange and the opportunity to get to know our company and the technical professions at MANZ better.
Furthermore, we were represented at the inauguration of the “Displays at Schools” initiative in Meinerzhagen. At a total of seven schools in the Märkischer Kreis district, students will now be able to find information about various vocational training programs via video contributions, including apprenticeship opportunities at MANZ.
Direct exchange with young people is an important part of our talent development. Our goal is to provide early insights into professional practice and to work together to develop perspectives for their future careers.
