Precision to the point: grinding

Our in-house disc grinding system enables flatness of up to 0.02 mm, ideal for components where the highest precision is required.

Insert pressing – powerful, precise, reliable

With our insert presses, we process components that are inserted manually and then formed, joined or assembled with high repeat accuracy. They complement our machinery wherever custom solutions, manual finesse or combined work steps are required – for optimum results in every production run.

Roller burnishing

Roller burnishing for functionally relevant profiles – directly in-house

Rolling is an edge-finishing process for stamped parts in which function-critical profiles are created through targeted cold forming. Low roughness values of Rz < 1µm, surface layer work hardening, precision and cost efficiency round off our vertical range of manufacture in chipless metal processing.

    Straightening for precision – perfect flatness with a system

    With our in-house straightening machine, sheet metal parts and formed parts are brought into shape quickly, reliably and gently on the material. Through controlled straightening, we compensate for stresses and distortions that arise, for example, during stamping, laser cutting or forming.

    Efficient deburring – with our new Q-Fin F250

    Recently, the Q-Fin F250 brushing machine has been added to our machinery and impresses with precision and speed when processing small metal parts. Steps that were previously outsourced are now carried out directly in-house. This ensures flexible, fast and high-quality production.

    Barrel finishing – clean parts, perfect downstream processing

    After stamping, cutting or forming, sharp edges, burrs or contamination often occur on components. With barrel finishing (vibratory finishing), we ensure clean, deburred and uniformly finished surfaces – the ideal preparation for assembly, coating or further processing steps.

    DMC printing – traceability directly on the component

    By printing DMCs (Data Matrix Codes) directly on components, we ensure maximum transparency and traceability along the entire process chain. Each code contains production-relevant information that can be read and evaluated digitally – for seamless traceability and maximum process reliability.

    Circular trimming – clean, fast, precise

    With our circular trimming machine, rotationally symmetrical deep-drawn parts are reliably brought to the desired final shape, with high edge quality and precision. Typical applications include trimming rings, sleeves or other round components.
