Last week, we reported on our company as a training provider. Today, we would like to shift focus and highlight our apprentices. We currently have apprentices in both technical and commercial fields – and their experiences speak for themselves!
In conversation with our apprentices from toolmaking, it becomes clear: they feel very comfortable at MANZ.
Elli, in her second year of apprenticeship, says: “I would definitely recommend MANZ as a training company. The trainer-apprentice relationship is simply excellent, communication is good, and if we need help, for example with school-related topics, our colleagues are always there for us.”
Her fellow apprentice Luca agrees: “The atmosphere here is truly great! We are allowed to work independently, try things out, and receive regular feedback to develop further.” We are very pleased with this feedback!
Our apprentices in the commercial sector have also had excellent experiences. Kai, who will soon complete his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, looks back on three exciting years: “The apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at MANZ was a great opportunity to learn many new things and expand my skills. I have developed in many areas and am grateful for the experiences that will accompany me on my further path.”
Many of our former apprentices, such as Lisa (see photo), who works in production control, are now employed in various departments within the company – and have been for several years. It fills us with pride that many of our apprentices stay with us after their training. And we look forward to all those yet to come!
