MANZ as a Training Company: Shaping the Future Through Practice-Oriented Training and Personal Development

A good education is essential for a successful life. It lays the foundation for the future and paves the career paths of young people. According to the Vocational Training Report 2024, there is growing interest in vocational training, while the number of available training positions has also increased. This benefits those seeking training but presents companies with ever greater challenges in filling their training positions.

We at MANZ take our role as a training company very seriously and offer young people the opportunity to develop with us and start their professional careers here. In our company, we offer eight different vocational training programs with various specializations. Our training supervisors are always available to support our trainees and are there for them with questions and problems. This ensures that our trainees are well supported from the start and can settle in with us as quickly as possible.

“In training, in addition to imparting practical knowledge, the personal development of trainees is also an important topic. It is not only about training technically qualified employees, but also about conveying key competencies such as communication, teamwork, and self-management. Without these skills, one cannot progress in life,” states Maik Rittinghaus, responsible for trainees in logistics at MANZ.

Investing in the education of young people is one of the most important tasks of our time. We at MANZ are committed to training—not only out of responsibility to society, but also because it brings us joy! Young people are our future, and it is our concern to prepare them optimally for the life ahead.
