At the end of March, a new brushing machine from Q-Fin Quality Finishing Solutions was delivered to MANZ. The system was successfully commissioned last week and has since complemented our machinery fleet in the processing of small sheet metal components.
The Q-Fin F250 is particularly impressive due to its ability to process components quickly, precisely, and in high volumes. This allows production times to be shortened while simultaneously reducing costs, as the machine hourly rate is significantly lower compared to the previous model.
Another advantage is that certain processing steps that were previously outsourced can now be performed in-house. This increases the share of in-house production and allows processes to be designed with even greater flexibility. The new system also offers additional possibilities for future expansions, for example, through the use of a grinding belt to produce particularly flat or fine surfaces.
The machine also offers advantages in terms of operation: the F250 works fully automatically, so that no additional employee is required for loading or removing the components. This allows a specialist to oversee other systems in parallel.
