With the Schuler servo transfer press, boasting a pressing force of 800 tons, MANZ possesses one of the most powerful systems in its own machine park. This machine forms a central component of our production and enables the precise manufacturing of demanding stamping and forming components.
With a table size of 4000 x 1800 mm and a material capacity of up to five tons (650 x 6 mm), the system is specifically designed for processing large-format and high-strength components. In combination with the integrated Schuler transfer technology, complex manufacturing processes can be implemented efficiently and reliably.
Among other things, we use this system to produce components for the construction industry, as well as parts for modern commercial vehicles and applications in the field of electromobility.
