As part of a company visit, we recently had the opportunity to get to know Insta GmbH in Lüdenscheid. During a plant tour, we gained interesting insights into their production and were able to exchange ideas about different technical approaches and manufacturing processes.
In advance, Insta had already shown great interest in our apprentice project “Bottle Opener”. In the meantime, so-called chip openers have been ordered from MANZ, which are now being individually designed and laser-finished by the apprentices at Insta as part of their own training project.
We are very pleased that our project inspires other companies and stimulates new ideas for the training of young professionals.
